Ethan Ray Parker speaks about his role as Jerry Lee Lewis in Million Dollar Quartet, opening November 2 – 19 at the Springer. Here we also get a sneak peek into rehearsal.
Million Dollar Quartet, the smash hit Broadway musical, inspired by the true story of the legendary recording session that brought together rock ‘n’ roll icons Elvis Presley, Johnny Cash, Jerry Lee Lewis and Carl Perkins for the first and only time. By pure chance, these four young musicians dropped in at Sun Records in Memphis on December 4, 1956. The result? The greatest impromptu recording sessions of all time. Don’t miss your chance to be a fly on the wall of fame as the “Million Dollar Quartet” performs their greatest rockabilly, gospel and country hits. Seating is limited in McClure Theatre and several performance are close to a sell out. We highly recommend purchasing tickets in advance. Fo tickets or more information, call the Springer Box Office at 706-327-3688 or visit us online at springeroperahouse.org.
