Jhai James - Marketing & Communications Manager

Jhai James is a communications professional and storyteller with a passion for the written word. 

With a background rooted in the performing arts, she specializes in strategic messaging, digital marketing, and audience engagement, crafting content that feels both authentic and compelling. Her work spans media relations and community outreach, where she combines strong visual instincts with clear, effective storytelling.

Previously, Jhai served as Communications Manager for the Georgia Council for the Arts, where she coordinated statewide messaging in support of the arts and wrote speeches and articles for then-Gov. Nathan Deal.  She has also been a presenter for the National Endowment for the Arts, the National Assembly of State Arts Agencies, and the Georgia Governor’s Conference on Tourism.
