It’s a day of laughter and learning at the Springer! NoShame Theater is partnering with Dad's Garage Theatre to host comedy workshops for the community. On August 24th, aspiring comedians and improv enthusiasts will have the chance to learn from some of the best in the business.
The day kicks off with two improv classes at 11:00 AM and 3:30 PM. These sessions, led by experienced improvisers from Dad's Garage Theatre, will focus on the fundamentals of improv, including quick thinking, collaboration, and creativity. Whether you're a seasoned performer or new to the world of improv, these classes are designed to be engaging and accessible to all skill levels.
In addition to the improv workshops, a stand-up comedy class will be held at 1:15 PM. Participants will have the opportunity to develop their unique comedic voice in a supportive and fun environment.
