The PAIR Program is a  professional development program for teachers developed through the Springer Opera House. PAIR stands for Professional Arts Integration Resource and equips teachers with everyday tools to fully integrate arts content into their core content classrooms.

The PAIR Program partners classroom teachers with teaching artists in music, movement, theatre, and visual art to plan, execute, and evaluate true arts integrated content. Teachers become more excited and engaged about teaching, which leads to excited and engaged students.
