What to expect at our Outdoor Theatre
The Springer is committed to keeping our patrons safe as we return to live performances.
Our NEW outdoor theatre venue will provide patrons with plenty of fresh air and social distance. However, being outdoors comes with the added challenge of inclement weather.
We will make every effort to perform the show as scheduled, but management may postpone or cancel the performance if situations demand. (i.e. lightning, sever storm, etc.) For days when inclement weather is forecasted, announcements regarding the status of upcoming performances will be posted to our website 12 hours in advance.
As we monitor moving weather patterns, we will continue to post real time updates if there are any changes.
*Umbrellas will not be allowed during the performance
Refund/Show Cancellation Policies
It’s important to us that you have confidence when booking your tickets with us. For a limited period, we are changing our refund policy in response to the COVID-19 outbreak - this will make our tickets more flexible in you’re unwell, have been asked to isolate, or don’t feel comfortable attending a show.
If the show is cancelled due to inclement weather (for outdoor theatre events), or if there is another lockdown we will make sure your money is protected by either issuing a credit for another Springer event, refunding your purchase amount, or you can choose to donate the purchase amount to the Springer.
If you are ill or have Covid-19 symptoms in the days leading up to your visit we’d ask that you’d get in touch with our box office and we can help. (706)327-3688 or boxoffice@springeroperahouse.org.
For any other ticketing related issues, please contact our box office manager, Kevan Baxley at kbaxley@springeroperahouse.org or call (706)327-3688
Check our website homepage for realtime weather updates on our outdoor performances.
