Springer Opera House Unveils Spooky Season Extravaganza with a Hauntingly Exciting Lineup
This fall, the Springer Opera House invites the community to embrace the eerie and the extraordinary with a thrilling lineup of Halloween events that are sure to captivate and chill. From psychological thrills to classic cult cinema and spooky explorations, there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Here’s a glimpse into our spine-tingling October offerings:
1. Misery
Prepare for a psychological rollercoaster with our stage adaptation of Stephen King’s chilling novel, “Misery.” Running from October 17 to October 27, this thrilling play, based on the 1990 film, delves into the unsettling story of Paul Sheldon, a romance novelist trapped by his obsessed fan, Annie Wilkes. With mature themes and intense suspense, this production promises to keep audiences on the edge of their seats.

2. The Rocky Horror Picture Show

3. Spooky SpringerWEEN Party & Market
Celebrate the season with our family-friendly Spooky SpringerWEEN Party on October 6 from 3:00 - 6:00 pm in the McClure Courtyard. Enjoy live performances by Springer Resident Actors, Spooky Storytime with Ms. Kelli, and a variety of local talents including Tim Rose and Passion Works Dance Academy. This free event features an artist market, costume contest, and fun for all ages.

4. Ghost Tour
